Ian Haring – a unique photography service
Having the right mix of professional equipment, technical ability, creativity and experience is only the start when it comes to taking great wedding photographs. It’s the preparation and attention to detail that will enable us to provide you with a truly unique record of your special day.
Typically, we’ll meet you three times before the day
First meeting - you’ll run us through your wedding plans and any ideas you have for the photographs. We’ll discuss the entire process so that you are completely comfortable.
Second meeting - when you commission us to take your wedding photographs, you will have the opportunity of visiting our studio to discuss any outstanding issues.
Third meeting - usually takes place four weeks prior, at the various wedding venues. We’ll agree a selection of indoor and outdoor locations, with particular attention being paid to all possible eventualities - like the British weather. It is usual at this meeting for us to take some relaxed portrait photographs of the bride and groom to see how they react in front of the camera. Please don't worry if you are nervous in front of the camera, we can discuss these issues at this meeting as well.
By the time your wedding day comes along, you’ll be completely at ease with the photographic arrangements. One major concern is the weather. If the weather is inclement, we are equipped with all the most modern portable studio equipment and lighting to enable us to take beautiful photographs inside.
All of our equipment is less than 12 months old, in the forefront of technology, and as we are professionals, we have spares of all equipment including cameras in the event of any malfunction.
As soon as you are back from your honeymoon, you’ll want to see your photographs. Following a viewing session at the studio - where you’ll be able to select an album - we’ll give you a proof DVD to help you select your favourite images at your leisure.
We print our photographs and make up the albums ‘in-house’, ensuring our clients the best quality money can buy. Our professional photographic paper comes in a range of finishes to suit your taste.
Knowing how keen you’ll be to show off your photographs, your album will be ready for collection, as quickly as possible, usually within four weeks of you choosing your photographs.

Testimonials
In over 15 years of photographing weddings, some 298 in total, we have never disappointed any of our clients. Below you will see two testimonials from recent weddings. If you require to see any more, please contact us.
"We found Ian’s web site which showed us some of his brilliant work, but it was when we visited his studio, to discuss our photographic requirements, that we realised that he was the right person for the job. As well as taking great photographs, he has an amazing knowledge of wedding photography and what people are looking for. We think his service, organisation and attention to detail are second to none, which contributed greatly to the smooth running of the day. We regularly look at our photos in our lovely album and relive our wedding day."
- Russ and Sarah Garner, Evesham
"After almost drowning in a sea of wedding fair suggestions, magazine directed temptations and multiple meetings with budding paparazzi, we found ourselves at the door of Ian’s studio. Once inside this photographic haven, it was apparent we had stumbled across an individual whose effortless attention to professional detail was only matched by his warm engaging nature and willingness to tailor his service to our aspirations for our big day."
- Zelina and Phillip Brophy - Hampshire

Our Unique Service
When you book us to photograph your wedding, there will always be two photographers in attendance. Clients nowadays require a much more in depth service than in the past.
To this end, Ian Haring will photograph the main events of the day including formal group shots. Whilst this is happening, the second photographer will discretely photograph informal portraits and events.
Our second photographers are all qualified to photograph weddings in their own right.
f8cus Photography
Ian Haring Photography are very happy to be associated with f8cus Photography, also wedding and portrait specialists based in Warwick.
Both companies compete in the photographic market place, but they work together giving their clients superior security, better than any insurance policy. In the event of illness or injury a principal photographer from the other company will always be available to step in and photograph a wedding, commercial shoot or portrait session.
In our opinion this is far better than being given monetary compensation by an insurance company... our mutual clients are guaranteed to get their photographs!
If you would like more information, please contact us or visit the f8cus website.
